Accommodations

Accommodation type

The apartment handover is contactless, to handover the apartment it is necessary to send a completed accommodation book, or a photo of your ID card or passport and address to our email. After fulfilling this obligation, you will be sent entry information and pin codes.

Boarding and departure

Entry to the apartment is possible after 3:00 p.m. by collecting the keys from the key box. On the day of departure, it is necessary to leave the apartment no later than 10:00 a.m. and return the keys to the key box.

Arrival and parking

Access to the building is possible through an automatic gate, the passage to the yard is 2.5 x 2.5 m. Watch out for bicycles on the roof. There is private and free parking at the back of the building.

Entrance to the building

Entry to the apartments is only allowed for accommodated and registered persons. Repeated visits by accommodated persons are not allowed!!

No smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. We have designated areas outside for this.

Fire ban

There is a strict ban on lighting open fires or using other heating devices, including storing gas containers, throughout the entire apartment building.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Accommodation rules

Accommodation rules valid from 1. 1. 2024

  1. Accommodation in the apartments is contactless and is possible from 3:00 p.m. at the earliest. Guests can be accommodated at other times by prior arrangement.
  2. The accommodation facility will not accommodate guests who are obviously under the influence of alcohol and psychotropic substances!
  3. Before arriving at the apartments, guests must be properly registered. For this purpose, the guest will send the operator a completed accommodation card or a photo of their ID card or passport photo to the reservation via email. Based on this, the guest will be entered in the accommodation book.
  4. In the event that the guest is a foreigner, the accommodation facility is obliged to report the guest to the aliens' police.
  5. After paying for the accommodation in advance by bank transfer or in cash on site, they will receive all the information and pin codes necessary for entering the apartment building.
  6. The accommodation provider hands over the reserved accommodation premises to the guest in a condition suitable for proper use and guarantees the uninterrupted exercise of his rights related to the accommodation.
  7. The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of accommodation. If the guest does not vacate the room by the specified time or does not agree with the owner on another possible departure time, the accommodation provider may charge the guest another day of accommodation.
  8. If the guest requests an extension of stay, the stay may be extended if there is free capacity in one of the apartments of the accommodation facility.

  10. Guests staying in the guesthouse have access to wireless internet throughout the building
  11. It is strictly forbidden to move equipment, make repairs, interfere with the electrical network, including electrical sockets, and perform other installations in the accommodation facility.
  12. It is not allowed to use your own electrical appliances in the accommodation facility, with the exception of appliances used for personal hygiene and laptops.
  13. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the accommodation facility; in case of violation, the operator reserves the right to immediately terminate the customer's stay without any refund or compensation. The price paid for the stay is forfeited to the operator. Areas reserved for smokers are: outdoor areas
  14. It is prohibited to manipulate or light an open fire or use other heating devices, including storing gas containers, throughout the facility.
  15. The accommodation provider is not liable for items brought into the apartments by the guest and for damage to items stored (jewelry, money and other valuables).
  16. The guest is obliged to keep the apartment clean, treat the room equipment, indoor and outdoor areas with care. The guest is fully liable for damage caused to the apartment's property.
  17. If guests use the kitchen and its equipment, they are obliged to return it to its original condition.
  18. Guests are obliged to take out their own garbage and sort it into plastic, metal, paper and mixed waste.
  19. If necessary, the accommodation provider may request a cleaning deposit of up to 100 euros from the guest.
  20. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave minor children without adult supervision in all areas of the guesthouse (indoors + outdoor areas and parking), parents are responsible for their safety.
  21. Guests are obliged to take their garbage out of the apartment to the designated place and it is forbidden to pollute the environment of the apartments and the surrounding area.
  22. Guests are obliged to lock all doors behind them to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the apartments.
  23. When leaving the room, the guest closes the windows, water taps and turns off the lights and locks the apartment.
  24. From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., the guest is obliged to maintain nighttime silence with respect for other accommodated guests.
  25. Upon departure, the guest is obliged to return the keys to the apartment in the box.
  26. The guest is obliged to report any loss of keys to the accommodation provider or his representative without delay and to pay for the damage caused by this. The accommodation provider will charge a financial compensation of CZK 1,500.00 for the loss of the key.
  27. Upon agreement, it is possible to borrow a gate remote control for a deposit of CZK 1,000.
  28. The accommodation provider is not responsible for theft or damage to motor vehicles left in the parking lot of the accommodation facility. We recommend that guests make sure that the car is properly locked and secured. The accommodation provider is not responsible for damage caused by the guest in the parking lot to third parties. The accommodation provider reserves the right to demand and charge for damage that occurs to the property of the accommodation facility by the guest's vehicle.
  29. Guests are not allowed to bring bicycles, baby strollers, baby carriages, tools, materials, etc. into the rooms. We have a bicycle storage room available for you to store these items.
  30. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules. In the event of a gross violation, the accommodation provider has the right to immediately terminate the stay of this guest or guests.
  31. The accommodation provider accepts any suggestions and other suggestions for improving the activities of the guesthouse.

The accommodation rules come into effect on 1 January 2024.
